FERGUSON CHILL

Having watched the increasingly toxic relationship between the Ferguson, MO police and the African American residents in Ferguson, I believe that all would be better served to have an official separation - similar to a marriage separation. As I understand this area, black folks comprise a 60-70% majority. Even so, perhaps because of the baleful system for elective money-raising, this majority of African Americans has not seen fit to assert political control.

My suggestion is that the federal and state governments seek the approval of the local Ferguson government to form a "guest police" precinct (or two) to patrol the African American areas of Ferguson. The police officers chosen for these temporary precincts would be volunteer African American officers drawn from various police forces across America. In the black areas of Ferguson they would have exclusive power of arrest. Arrested residents would be taken to a mobile jail facility brought to Ferguson MO with the financial and technical assistance of federal and state officials. Further, a temporary magistrate would be brought to judge arrested individuals at a mobile judicial facility established with the financial and technical assistance of the federal and state governments. He/she would be African American.

By taking the above steps, antagonisms generated by perceived racial injustices would be greatly lessened. However, if the majority black population continued to express anger at the police and justice system, then a reasonable inference would be that the two populations of Ferguson MO should be legally divorced, each pursuing "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" according to each population's perception of how reasonably to pursue and hopefully obtain these desirable goals.

When two married individuals cannot get along, most Americans accept that a legal divorce may well be the best solution to resolve their irresolvable disagreements and the antagonisms spawned by this conflict. The same reasonably applies to two national populations which have been unhappily joined in an unholy union in the guise of a country. When such a country has the misfortune to be politically ruled by secret societies and occult individuals who profess an unrealistic goal that involved weaving all the national groups in the world into a world government led by people such as themselves, then resistance to the legal separation or, if necessary, divorce of two or more national groups one from the other can be anticipated.

This obstructionist approach by lawful (or backroom) leaders can be overcome by the elective power which characterizes democratic governments. Once the obstructionist forces have been set aside, an amicable legal parting can be established by the concerned parties.
